In addition to the architectural drawings, we will ensure that structural calculations are provided where necessary to meet building regulations, and can also deliver SAP calculations. Our goal is to equip you with everything your builder will need to start works on your residential project.

The Process
How it Works
After an initial conversation and possible site visit to determine what you are looking to achieve at your property, we will then provide feedback and a quotation for the works. Following the acceptance of our quote, we will conduct a full site survey and provide existing and proposed floor plans for initial feedback. Once the floor plans have been approved, we will complete the necessary drawings for submission to the Planning department.
Upon receipt of planning clearance, we will supply full structural drawings ready for submission to Building Control, as well as Thames Water if required. Once all works have been approved for your project, we will provide hard copies of the approved drawings for your use.
